Welcome to QUONSCIOUS and its products UPVRD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms

of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services.

 

1.  ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using the app, you agree to be

    bound by these Terms.

 

2.  ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

 

3.  SERVICES We provide digital services through a subscription-based

    model.

 

4.  SUBSCRIPTIONS Plans:

 

-   Basic Monthly – INR 499

-   Advance Monthly – INR 699

-   Premium Monthly – INR 999

-   (Add yearly plans if applicable)

 

Billing: - Payment charged to Apple ID at purchase - Auto-renews unless

cancelled 24 hours before end of period - Renewal charged within 24

hours before period ends

 

5.  MANAGING SUBSCRIPTIONS Manage via: Settings → Apple ID →

    Subscriptions

 

6.  FREE TRIALS If offered, auto-converts to paid unless cancelled.

 

7.  REFUNDS Handled by Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

 

8.  USER CONDUCT You agree not to misuse the app or violate laws.

 

9.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content is owned by the Company.

 

10. TERMINATION We may suspend access for violations.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not liable for indirect damages.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by applicable laws in India.
